All subscription payments made on ContentHub are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
A refund may be considered only if:
Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, partial use of the subscription, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with content quality.
Contact us at admin@example.com within 7 days of the transaction with your Razorpay payment ID and reason. Requests after 7 days will not be entertained.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay. We are not responsible for delays by the payment gateway or your bank.
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this policy and will result in immediate account suspension. We will contest all unjustified chargebacks.
This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
