Refund Policy

1. General Policy

All subscription payments made on ContentHub are non-refundable except in the limited circumstances described below. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund may be considered only if:

• You were charged twice for the same subscription period due to a technical error.
• Your subscription was activated but you were unable to access any content due to a confirmed server-side failure on our part.
• You can demonstrate that the transaction was fraudulent and you have filed a complaint with your bank.

Refunds will not be issued for: change of mind, partial use of the subscription, forgetting to cancel before renewal, or dissatisfaction with content quality.

3. How to Request a Refund

Contact us at admin@example.com within 7 days of the transaction with your Razorpay payment ID and reason. Requests after 7 days will not be entertained.

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days back to the original payment method via Razorpay. We are not responsible for delays by the payment gateway or your bank.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this policy and will result in immediate account suspension. We will contest all unjustified chargebacks.

6. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.
