We collect your name, email address, hashed password, payment identifiers from Razorpay, subscription status, and device fingerprint for single-device login enforcement. We do not store raw card details.
Your data is used solely to provide access to ContentHub services, process payments via Razorpay, enforce account security (single-device policy), and respond to support requests.
All payment processing is handled by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We only store Razorpay order and payment identifiers for reconciliation. We never store your card details.
Your account data is retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion by contacting us. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by Indian tax law.
We use HTTP-only, same-site cookies for session management and a 10-year remember-me token for auto-login. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Passwords are hashed using bcrypt. Sessions are regenerated on login. Only one device may be active per account. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at admin@example.com. We will respond within 30 days.
This policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and its amendments.
